Samsung has announced the India pricing, storage variants, availability and launch offers for the Galaxy A27 5G, days after introducing the smartphone globally. The handset will go on sale in India next month in three colour options and multiple storage configurations. It is powered by a Snapdragon 6 series processor, packs a 5,000mAh battery, features a 50-megapixel triple rear camera setup, and runs One UI 8.5 based on Android 16.

Samsung Galaxy A27 5G Price in India and Sale Offers

Samsung has priced the Galaxy A27 5G at Rs. 28,999 for the 6GB + 128GB variant, while the 8GB + 128GB model costs Rs. 31,999. The top-end version with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage is available for Rs. 37,499. As a launch offer, buyers can avail of a cashback of Rs. 3,000 on eligible bank cards and select UPI transactions. The smartphone will go on sale in India from July 3 through Samsung’s online store and other leading e-commerce platforms in Black, Light Green and Light Pink colour options.

Display, Software and Performance

The Galaxy A27 5G runs One UI 8.5 based on Android 16 and comes with Samsung’s promise of six Android OS upgrades and six years of security updates. It features a 6.7-inch Full HD+ Super AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, up to 800 nits of peak brightness and Corning Gorilla Victus+ protection. Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by Qualcomm’s 4nm Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 processor, paired with up to 8GB of LPDDR5x RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage.

Camera and Battery Features

For photography, the Galaxy A27 5G is equipped with a triple rear camera setup led by a 50-megapixel primary sensor with optical image stabilisation (OIS). It is accompanied by a 5-megapixel ultra-wide camera and a 2-megapixel macro lens. Selfies and video calls are handled by a 12-megapixel front-facing camera. The smartphone packs a 5,000mAh battery with support for 25W wired fast charging.

Durability and Additional Features

Samsung has also focused on durability, equipping the Galaxy A27 5G with an IP64 rating for dust and splash resistance. The phone includes a side-mounted fingerprint scanner for security and measures 7.8mm thick while weighing around 200g. With its long software support, AMOLED display, Snapdragon chipset and versatile camera system, the Galaxy A27 5G aims to strengthen Samsung’s position in the mid-range smartphone segment.
