News18s Dishya Sharma rated the film with 2/5 stars, criticized the lead actors chemistry and wrote that “the movie suffers from weak writing; the plot is soulless and screenplay all over the place.” In a 2/5 stars review, Aishwarya Vasudevan of OTTPlay said the film “is a retrograde to the 90s comedy but reaps fewer benefits with its regressive humour and throwbacks.”
